I’ve just read some interesting article about the benefits of chocolate and I am amazed to discover that it is really a healthy food. Contrary to popular belief, chocolate doesn’t make you fat (of course, getting fat always depends on quantity as well), but it helps improving your general well-being. It also helps changing your mood from sad to happy. I found this very interesting. Next time I’m going to see somebody upset, I’m going to give him a piece of chocolate, so I can have only happy people around me.

There’s no doubt about that, gasoliune prices went crazy over the past 6 months, making us think more seriously to bicycles, roller blades, or even public transportation.
However, some of us are too used to get in the car for even the smallest things we have to do, from shopping, to visiting friends.
How To Save Money With MyGallons.com:
- Join MyGallons, and get your MyGallons Card.
- Pre-purchase gas and lock in the price at the purchasing date.
- Use your MyGallons Card at the pump instead of paying for the gasoline on the spot and save money.
This is an example of savings you can make if you use pre-paid gasoline cards:
- Buy 100 gallons of fuel when your MyGallons price is $3.50 per gallon.
- Redeem them at the pump when prices rise to $4.00 per gallon.
- Savings: $.50 per gallon. It may not seem much, but it is a possibility for people who spend a lot on gas each month.
Joining MyGallons.com is not free, you’ll have to pay an annual membership fee of $29.95. If you don’t save money over the first year, on at least one redemption, you’ll get 100% reimbursed your membership fees.
For me, this seems a bit crazy, as I’m not driving too much, but for other people it may be an opportunity to save some money.
Born Allergic to Shoes
I have a friend who was born allergic to shoes. Finding out about his disease explained me a lot of things: first, it was clear why is is semi-deaf: I know that there may be a connection between allergies and hearing, and it seems that he really had big troubles in his early childhood. That prevented him from learning to speak in the correct way, and he is now confronted with a low degree of dislexia for the rest of his life.
One of the allergies he’s got is to shoes. Not exactly to all kind shoes, but the ones made of artificial materials. the trouble is that some shoes manufacturers didn’t use to mention what materials they used, so he ended up by buying leather shoes with plastic interior, which gave him terrible itches.
This is so strange that he got diagnosed with very big difficulty, as all doctors were suspecting eczema, or micosis, and gave him wrong tratments for years.
This was the strangest disease ever I’ve heard about.
