Recently, I’ve had a very big problem with the guestbook I have on my personal website: it was flooded with spam. I think I was deleting several hundreds messages each day, and they kept on appearing.
I was desperate, I was even thinking of deleting my guestbook. Although it had a captcha in place, it seemed not to be stopping those messages at all. Probably there are programs which can read those captchas, so they are semi-useless.
Before deleting the guestbook, however, I looked through the files on my server and I noticed one that was not mine. It was called postinfo.html and it seemed to be something that granted access to external users to post content on my site’s pages. I deleted it, and the messages seemed to slow down a bit. Then I changed the permalink to my guestbook and I added an instruction on robots.txt to disallow all bots from crawling that page.
It worked. I don’t know for how long, but I’ll keep you posted. I have a honest internet business and I simply don’t understand those people who are so keen on spamming my guestbook.

Should you be looking for a Dedicated Server to host your website, you could check out the offer of RapidSwitch: they are just giving good discounts, so you may like that. to give you only one example, the price of the entry level servers was cut from 49 to 39 GBP per month. The best thing here is that the price reductions do not attract a quality decrease at all. On the contrary, RapidSwitch have just announced that they are going to launch a new data centre with a 20,000 server capacity, in order to be able to manage the increasing number of customers. No further than the month of June 2008, RapidSwitch were proud to announce that they put live their 5000th server. They are truly a fast growing company, that’s for sure.
The 24 hours support is standard. Moreover, their clients would benefit from free KVMoIP access. Actually, all services include the following:

Some of the additional services offered by RapidSwitch are the server management solutions like server updates, backup and restore managed services. Why bother with those yourself when you can let the specialists take care of them for you? And when these specialists come from a company which has been nominated by Microsoft as the 3rd fastest growing server company in the UK, then you can be sure you won’t have reasons to worry about quality services. This may be a good choice if you intend to use the 7 Dollar Script for making a big number of small, targeted websites.

It is well-known that Windows-operated PCs tend to slow down after a while, until even the slightest task becomes a never ending process. This is what you can do to delay or even to avoid this process:
- Run a defragmentation of the hard disk every week, even though your computer might announce you that this isn’t necessary
- Don’t keep items on your desktop. Put everything in other folders, then drag some shortcuts on your desktop if this is easier for you to find your things
- Keep your antivirus program up to date. Some anti virus programs announce you every time they need to update their virus definitions. Always choose yes, let them update, otherwise your computer is at risk of getting infected
- Always check how much free space you have on the disk where your operating system is installed. Good operation requires some free space, and if it isn’t enough, you’d get in trouble because some programs won’t start at all, while others would run very very slow.
- Don’t install programs which you don’t know what they do or who made them. You might get infected with adware and spyware and this is very hard to get rid of. The effect is slowing down the computer.
If you follow these tips, you’ll enjoy your computer’s speed for a long time and you’ll save some money for some nice hot kicks shoes or anything else.

Real Estate classifieds websites can be very profitable for their owner. Monetization possibilities are multiple: you can sell advertising space, you can take commissions from tranzactions or you can make it a paid membership community, where people either pay to post classifieds or pay to see the contact data of the sellers.
This is why most real estate specialized software programs are quite expensive, as the buyer would get a return on investment pretty soon. However, if you are new in the field and you want to try your hand at SEO, you can have such a website for free. The only expenses you’ll need to make are buying the domain name ($10 per year) and buying a hosting package ($25-$50 per year).
For the rest, you can use Joomla, which is an open source content management system, meaning that you can download and install it for free.
Additionally, you’ll need a special component, also free, MisterEstate. The whole installation process takes less than one hour, and setting the site up is very easy, because there are a lot of free templates for Joomla websites, on various themes, including real estate. The blog module allows you to add articles with important information for the real estate field, such as mortgage loans rates or loan calculators.
Easy, isn’t it?
And if you fet fat tryin g to sert up Joomla and all its components and make it work as you wich, then you may need a brief overview of the weight loss programs, so you can become fit again.

The FOREX trading process is fully automated, the decision about a particular transaction can be made by specialized analytic software. The online forex trading process allows you to define your own amount of risk. This means that you cannot lose more than this amount you have fixed yourself. The online Forex trading offices offer guidance to their clients, they offer tutorials and tips for getting you to learn the mechanism of successful currency trading.
How Much Money Is Necessary For Starting A Forex Online Business
You can start Online Forex Trading with as low as $100. This is the lowest amount I know to be possible to open a real account, and to trade with real money, not demo currencies.
You can look at it as an investment in your education and training. Even if you don’t get it and you lose the $100, you’ll learn something from your mistakes and from your trials. And if you get it, and your $100 becomes $300 in a month’s time, then you know it is possible, and you can think to scale your business.
Nevertheless, even if you are successful in your first Forex trading attempt, you should be aware that Forex is a high risk method of making money online. My advice is to be very careful in how much you invest.
As a rule of thumb, never invest more than you can afford to lose. Under no circumstances should you put a mortgage on your house, nor should you commit into monetary agreements that may harm you and your family.
But if you can spare some money, Forex can make adrenalin rush through your body, plus it can make you richer.

If you ever wanted to exchange your local money for a foreign currency (before the credit cards age, when you went on vacation abroad, you needed to exchange money), then you still remember how you looked at different exchange houses and banks, in your wish to get the most out of your money.
Now expand this thinking at international scale: the exchange rates of various currencies are not identical all over the world. For example the exchange rate of USD to EURO is not the same in USA as in European countries. If only you could exploit this difference by buying low and selling high, your earnings could skyrocket, providing that you have some capital to invest in this trade. But how can anyone be in two different locations at the same time?
Forex Can Help You Be In Many Places At Once
This was not possible 20 years ago, but now, with the Internet which brings the world closer together, you can do it. FOREX is the system which allows you to trade currencies 24 hours a day, 365 days a year (366 in 2008). It is just like going to a brick and mortar exchange office in any country you wish, and change your money into other currency. The only difference is that offices are virtual, allowing you to make transactions even when everybody else is sleeping.
Futures contracts are also possible. Futures are agreements to buy or sell a specific amount of a commodity or financial instrument at a set price on a specific future date. Let’s take this example: you pair USD with EURO, and you make a contract for trading 100 USD for 70 EURO six months from now. If after 6 months 100 USD will be valued at 50 EURO, you gained 20 EURO over the market price for your 100 bucks. If the US dollar goes higher than your contracted exchange rate, then you lose. There are no guarantees for success, but if you can smell a market trend you can grow your 100 bucks into thousands just overnight.

How does it sound to have your .myfriend or .car, or .cosmetics domain? Until now, these were not available, as the authorrity which regulates the internet top level domains, ICANN, accepted only cuntry names as extensions, plus the wekk kmown .com, .info, .org, .biz, .edu, .name and more recently, .tv, .mobi and .eu.
If the ICANN proposal will become reality, then individuals will be allowed to register any domain extension they wish, provided they can prove the technical capacity to hadle it, and a viable business plan.
I don’t know what a viable business plan means, but I imagine that new TLD extensions will make the rich even richer.
What do you think? Or I should rather ask you what do you .think?

If you run a blog, chances are that you know by now what Digg is. This social networking website has become famous for the big number of visitors you can get to your website if your story gets as many votes as to be featured on the front page.
I’ve never had the chance to test the power of Digg, as the categories liked by most of the users there do not fit too much my topics and my way of writing. Besides, you have to make friends if you want to make it big on Digg. That’s a social networking place, and this really means networking, communicating with your peers and sharing interesting stories with them.
Nevertheless, I’ve discovered that there are many sites which allow bloggers to submit their stories and get voted by the community. Maybe they don’t bring in too much traffic, but there has to be a start in everything, and it is better to be among the first users of a social network, so you get some advantages when, or if, it gets big.
I have this proposal for you, my readers: once a week, I’ll review one of the less known such networks, where you can submit your stories and get some fame and votes.
For this week, check BlogLancer Social Networking site. It works just like Digg, but there are more categories, so even if your blog is about ants you’ll still find a place where it fits.
